Turnaround times
are estimated individually based on your needs and upon work orders currently scheduled in-house. Please contact us with specific details about your job.
If you need a
rush
order please call or e-mail for a
quote prior to shipping your job to us.
Full payment
is due before we ship your job. Please send check or credit card number with expiration date.
We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express or will take an out of state check.
We always stand behind our work and do the best we can with your materials and instructions. Should we make a mistake we will gladly correct the error. If you prefer, payment may be returned upon our receipt of the work-in-question. You must notify us immediately of any dissatisfaction (within a week of your receipt).
If you have forgotten to give us important information (such as borders, sizing, framing) we will call or e-mail you to ask before proceeding. This may delay the turnaround time of your print order.
We do not offer credit lines.
If your check bounces or your credit card is declined, we will hold your order until payment is made.
